Living documents. Dated, revisable, and sometimes wrong. There is no schedule: a note appears when something has been observed.
Promotion rule
A Field Note records an encounter, observation, or unresolved question. It becomes a Cabinet Entry only after it has been examined through all Five Lenses, sourced, connected to at least one existing entry or research question, and reviewed for what remains uncertain.
